Automatic enrollment

Hello,

We have a requirement where all Employees should be enrolled automatically into a Health Plan.

We have setup the enrolment method as automatic and enabled 'assign on default'. We have ran all necessary processes to add a benefits relationship, potential life event and evaluated life event. Options are available to opt into but this particular plan is not appearing automatically on enrolments

I've attached a screenshot of the setup we have. Is there anything we are missing? Any help on this appreciated!
