Competencies in Performance Management

Summary:

Use case:

Three different type of employees (Eg: Employees level, Managers level and Global Managers level) should have 

an option to select set of competencies from a drop down list on the performance document, on which they

want to be evaluated on. For each of the employee category (Above mentioned 3 levels), the list of competencies 

in drop down is unique. How can we achieve this.
