Draft versions of the answers were not retrived on the report

Summary:

am trying to do the versioning of the answers and i followed the steps on this article

but when i try to make a report for versioning & embed it into workspace, i just notice the report is not retrieving any version with the status DRAFT OR historical just got the versions with the status live only, as u can see in the screenshot below,

historical & Draft can't be retrieved while am already having them created on same answer ID, check the screnshots below


am not sure why am not able to retrieve them from the DB
