API or some way to manage properties or the message scenarios

Content (required): We are interested to know how to control the status of orders in the field through another Platform, such as suspend or allow suspend.

We need to know if there is an API (or some similar mechanism) to manage the OFS Properties, or the message scenario through which these behaviors are controlled.

In a few words, if there's any way for other sectors of our company, which do not have access to OFS, to have this said management.
