Summary:

Dear All,

When Recruiter Admin move some of the candidates to 'Interview and Selection, Interview to be Scheduled', some of the candidate received email invite, some did not.

I checked at Messages tab, it's empty.

Should my Admin move the candidate back to 'Return to prior state'?
