How to collect diversity data during the internal application process
Summary:
Similar to external applicants being presented with the diversity block to voluntarily disclose their diversity information, we also would like this feature available to internal applicants.

Diversity data is stored in Personal Detail for employees/internal candidate. We are looking for a solution that would allow for the internal applicant to either be presented with the diversity block to review their existing information or to voluntarily disclose or provide that information during the internal application process. If adding or including the diversity block is not possible, is there an alternative where we allow internal candidates to be redirected to the Personal Details section to review or update if necessary their current information?
