Summary:

I have configured staged dunning in one business. System send first letter by using soft template. I processed few more transactions for same customer. System send the dunning letter by using soft template to customer for new transaction which was not send earlier. After one day , i ran the send dunning letter program again but system didn't trigger dunning letter by using Medium template. It error out by saying that "A dunning letter is not generated because there are no valid transactions to be included in the dunning letter."
