Multiple Life Event Changes is Doubling HSA Amounts

In manager self-service, if a manager accidentally adds multiple salary changes accidentally or if life events are a day apart, it is doubling the employee's HSA defined and communicated amounts. We have many changes that come through, especially during salary planning, and I want to ensure we fix this so it isn't changing the employee double. Does anyone have a solution for this.
