Application Task Person Details not seen in Application Task

We have created a checklist template for onboarding category. For one of the task which is initiated by Worker, we would like them to update their personal details. But this option is not shown in Task Type - Application task, Application Task - Person Details not seen. Is this due to some missing privileges or some setup issue
