Error in Journeys: My tasks

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have created an enterprise onboarding checklist with action name "Add pending worker".

When the pending worker opens journeys and goes to "My Tasks" he is unable to complete any of the tasks and gets an error.

Error: attachment-0 failed: Forbidden comments failed: Forbidden status failed: Forbidden

However when pending worker access tasks through "My Journeys" he is able to complete all the tasks. (Screenshots added for reference).

We need to know why the system is behaving differently for the same checklist and the same tasks.
