Performance Template Configuration export is not working

Hi,

I am trying to migrate performance templates from one environment to other environment. When I export the set up(Set Up and Maintenance>Workforce Development>Worker Performance>Performance Templates>Actions>Export to CSV file), it shows me the error below:

Business object: Performance Template Process Step Alert. Status: Completed with warnings. Status details: The business object definition for XML node /TemplateDefnVO/TemplateDefnVORow/TmplDefElgbltyProfileObjVO from the XML file HRA_TMPL_DEFNS_VL.xml is missing.

I still downloaded this file and tried to import in another environment, it did not work out

Doe anyone know what this error means and how to fix it? There seems to be no issues with the Performance Templates themselves, they have already been tested and deployed in source environment.
