Hello ORC community!

I am writing to ask for options, solutions, work arounds, innovations, advice, lessons learned, creativity for handling internal candidates who do not have company email/access to CoreHR. We have a large population (approx 3k) who do not have a dedicated workstation and wondering how others have handled internal candidates in ORC? Dedicated terminals, created email addresses/AD credentials (unfortunately not an option for us), manual process?


Update: the employee records do exist in CoreHR.
