Requirement to enforce Waiting Period Rule on selected plans with enrollment opportunity
Summary: Following is the requirement where we are trying to use the delivered 'Satisfied Waiting Period' Temporal Life Event.
- Depending on the eligibility class, we have waiting periods. Eg. for Class X Employees, Enrollment starts on hire date and coverage also starts on hire date. For Class Y Employees, coverage starts 60 days from the date of joining.
- We have set up the waiting period rule in plan eligibility configuration as 60 days for class Y Employees
- When we run temporal life event process, event 'Satisfied Waiting Period' is not getting detected on the 61st day from the date of joining.
Any help would be appreciated. We are open to other approaches also. Thanks in advance.
