Job Alert for internal candidate

Hi there!

I've found nothing about it, so I need to ask to some of you

Our client asked to have more clarification about the criteria for internal job alert: are organization, job family, location and job dependent mutually dependent variables?

The example in the attachment:

If the internal candidate has set two organization and one job location, are all linked or the notification is sent if at least one criteria is met?
