Issue with job boards scraping job postings & special characters appearing incorrectly

Summary: Is anyone else having issues with job boards scraping your job postings and special characters appearing incorrectly on the job board site (Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor)? We are noticing that when certain job boards scrape our external career site, special characters such as apostrophes and trademark symbols are not appearing correctly. See image below.

The job boards scrape our external job postings daily. When the jobs appear on those boards, the apostrophes and trademark symbols are removed and/or other symbols appear in their place incorrectly. See image below. We've contacted a couple of these job boards and they recommend us copying the description into NotePad first, pasting into recruiting and then posting the job. We feel this will be a cumbersome process for our HR users and are wondering if any other companies are experiencing this with posting scrapes and how they are handling their postings.
