Auto transfer of Performance document happening without running the batch job

Summary:

Hi,

As per my understanding, as long as we have

ORA_HRA_AUTO_TRANSFER_PERF_DOCS = Yes

the performance document gets transferred to the new manager AFTER we run the ESS job - Transfer Performance Documents with Manager Change scheduled process.

However, in my case, soon as the manager is being changed, the performance document is getting transferred (without even running the batch job).

Why is this happening?

Can we set it to not transfer the document the moment manager is changed but rather wait for the batch job?
