Summary:

Manager's are using Request Feedback to solicit Year-End feedback from colleagues - it is supposed to be anonymous and we cannot seem to accomplish this

Content (required):

We have tried hiding Feedback Requests About Me with a Page personalization in Person Spotlight and it works however the result is that the Manager cannot see anything when they go to View Feedback. We also tried to remove the roles Manage HCM Person Note/ View HCM Person Note/ Hide HCM Person Public Note from the employee role and this did not work. Hoping someone can help
