Internal Career site | Sort by Job Title A-Z defaulted

Hi there,

a question for you expertise: How can I default the "Sort by Job Title A-Z" in internal career site?

I would try using page composer, however at the moment I'm failing...

The client asks to sort in this way in order to make visible the internal job requisition to the candidate firstly, handling the job requisition title and adding "*" as first character.
