Hello everyone,

We're looking into improving the way external candidates need to confirm their identity.

And the 2 options that come into my mind would be:

  • improving the notification content
  • enabling sms communication.

But I do have some doubts whether:

  • is it possible to make changes on this notification, just like in any other notification in Content Library?
  • If we enable sms communication, can we communicate with the candidate on both sms and email? Can the recruiter choose?

Would anyone be willing to share their experience/attempt to solve this?
