Enable Audit in Next Gen HR Help Desk. To enable the audit history, the profile option SVC_ENABLE_AUDIT_IN_SR has been set to Yes. Where do we find the Audit History in HR Request similar to Classic Help Desk?
I need help in understanding the audit history in Next Gen HR Help Desk. In Classic Help Desk, there is a Audit tab where we can view the audit history. Do we have to do any specific configurations to enable the Audit section in Next Gen Help Desk? Even the Audit policies does not display the Next Gen HR Help Desk either in Product field or in Business Object Type field. Or how does the Audit work in Next Gen HR Help Desk?
