Content (required): Hi, somebody previously login my account (that's my fault) and tried to delete my tenancy.

It does not matter, i don't have important instances yet, but the tenancy deletion is stuck at 33%. I can't create a new one, I can't delete it, I cannot do anything. I have only the free tier account, but now I want to use it. Maybe I don't have any active service now, I removed everything.

How can I stop this process? or it's not possible, how can I create new one? This (was) is the parent tenancy.
