We are implementing Opportunity Marketplace for Jobs (we will not use gigs for the time-being). I read about the OM creator role. I cannot think of a reason why our recruiters would want to create internal jobs in OM instead of in ORC. I understand the need for an OM creator role for gigs, but for jobs I am struggling to understand. Would the use case be that there could be a vacancy that we only wish to post internally and not externally? Even then, why would a recruiter create the job requisition in OM and not in ORC? Any
