I would like to build a journey that is triggered when I change position to an employee.

I built the action ( please see print screen #1) but I can't find it in the checklist action section pp#2

in Category I choose Person

Also when I tried to choose change assignment I couldn't find a filter that will cause the action to trigger only when changing the position
