From email when email is sent using the "Send Message" option in actions

Dear Experts,

When an email is sent using the "Send Message" option in actions to the Candidate, the Sender's Name shows in the From section of the Candidate's email.

Is it possible to turn this off to show just the Organization name? For example if "Joe Smith" from "ABC Corporation" uses the Action "Send Message" Candidate should not see the name "Joe Smith" in sender name instead it should show "ABC Corporation"
