Manager visibility to Check-In

Summary: Employee has been transferred to a new Manager. The new Manager is requesting to see the previous Check-In. Can you please advise if new Manager can have visibility to previous Check-In created by a different Manager? Or access is limited to the Line Manager who created the Check-In?
