Can invoice approvals use a different approval hierarchy?
I have a client requirement where for employee expense report approvals, they use the supervisor hierarchy from Workday which we will integrate to Oracle.
On the other hand, for Invoice approvals, the approver is the department head (not the supervisor hierarchy).
The question is - can we build a separate hierarchy in Workday (let's call this Department Head Hierarchy) and integrate it with Oracle HCM, similar to the Expense supervisor hierarchy? So Oracle HCM will maintain 2 separate hierarchies coming from Workday: the supervisor hierarchy for expense approvals, and also the department head hierarchy for invoice approvals. Can this be done?
