How to download a daily extract from the past?

Summary:

A CSV file from my daily extract from Monday is much smaller than normal and it appears to be missing information. I have a team which converts the XML from the daily extract file and converts it into CSV files. Normally, this CSV file is 50-200k KB but this one was only 20k KB, and for a Monday this is an irregularity. I want to re-download the daily extract file from Monday and have the team run the conversion again, but I don't see a way to perform that action on the GUI within OFS.
