Summary: In the process of testing 22D - the Alternate Email configuration steps outlined in the What's New and the Implementation guide appear to be wrong. The configuration steps were all delivered but the Alternate Email is not showing up on the internal application.

Following the configuration steps in the what's new and the implementation guide for 22D - the Alternate Email is delivered with all the steps already done. Follow each step - there is nothing to do. Each 'Y' is already in place, the Alternate Email is delivered as visible (Grayed out - not able to change) on the internal application rule.
