Has anyone used the seeded report 'Performance Document Rating Distribution' ?

Hi Peers,
I'm trying to make use of the seeded report 'Performance Document Rating Distribution'. It is not running whereas another seeded report 'Performance Document Status' is running without issues. When I raised an SR, Oracle representative got back with the following :
" 1 ) Fusion Performance Management does not deliver any seeded OTBI analysis report.
2 ) Those report in the OTBI analysis reports under ../Career/Performance/Transaction Analysis Samples were prepared by the product manager for samples purposes.
3 ) If the user not able to generate the OTBI analysis report output then the user may not have the proper data security privileges to access the data records to generate the reports.
