Performance Document - Inactive Assignment - Help!!
Summary:
Our 2022 review period is 11/1/2021 to 10/31/2022. We have an employee that has had several assignments(we are single assignment only). This review period the employee finalized her management trainee program. the person took a job not as a manager with Talent Acquisition. On 11/01/2022 the person not only took a job as Asst Manager but was a legal entity transfer.
How can we get the a Salaried Non-Manager Performance Document(Talent Acqusition Job) created for this person and it be assigned to the then TA job line manager and the TA line manager who is not the current manager do the Performance Document. What I have got is a PD for the Asst Manager Job(Salaried Below Director) created. and to the TA line manager on an inactive assignment.
