How can we hide Attachment section on Goal's 'Add Additional Info' page?

When an Employee submits the goal plan for approval, he is prompted to this 'Add Additional Info' page:

We want to hide the 'Attachments' section from this page. In the design studio, we have option to hide both Comments and Attachments together, but not as separate objects. We can hide this section using page composer, but that will impact all other pages where this is the common component. How can we make sure that we are hiding this section only for Performance Goal submission page?
