Hide Success Criteria for Performance Goals except for the existing goal plans.

We have a scenario where customer has been using Success Criteria till now, but going forward(when the new goal plans are created) they don't want success criteria section to appear on the performance goals page.

We can easily hide success criteria from the performance goals using design studio, but that will hide the it from all the goal plans, which we don't want. We want this section to appear on UI for the existing goal plans, but not for the goal plans we are going to create. Is there any related EL that can be used via page composer that can control the visibility of this section based on Goal Plan Name?
