Hello: We recently implemented the Expense module and are having issues with a rule where the owner and manager are the same level. The owner's report should go to manager, then up one more level. The rule we have is 'if ER owner job level is 20 and ER Owner.Manager job level is 20, then Supervisory required 2 levels, with starting participant HierarchyBuilder.getManager)"(supervisory",task.payload.Owner User Name,-1,"'.'") and top participant is HierarchBuilder.get Principal("FINUSER30",-1,"'.'"). The owner's ER never makes it to the manager. We've tried changing various areas with no luck. The users who have the 20
