Managing 'inactive' development goals

edited Nov 24, 2022 8:59AM in Performance Management 11 comments

Summary:

Managing old development goals

Content (required):

We have a problem with development goals appearing in every performance document, even when marked as complete. We have employees who have goals appearing in performance documents now, which they added in 2018/19 and are no longer relevant. I know that making the goal inactive will solve this, however, this has its own issues:

  1. This is an extra step we need employees/managers to do
  2. We need to be telling ALL employees to do this, before we mass upload the performance document. if not, then they then also have to remove the goals from the document, first (again, another unwanted step)

Howdy, Stranger!
