Trigger CSP Action Request Information Flow using a Fast Formula

I'm working with a client which only 1 CSP has been implemented however there's a requirement for additional information for a specific Country. The Request Information Flow has been applied on Accept state within Offer Phase.

The idea is to create a fast Formula and only triggers the Request Information Flow for a specific recruiting location once it reached the CSP state. This will eliminate on introducing a new CSP.

If someone has successfully done it, appreciate if you can share some sample of the Fast Formula. Otherwise any other idea how we can achieve this?
