Unable to reset my Oracle Cloud password via login interface

Today I noticed my always-free server is inaccessible, also my Oracle Cloud logins failed even though I'm using the same password as usual.

I've tried to login into my Oracle Account today, however I'm getting errors upon logging in, which says as below:

"Your login attempt failed. The credentials you entered do not match our records.

If you have unsuccessfully attempted to authenticate with this username multiple times your account may be locked out and must be reset via the administrator.

If this is a new user account, please contact your administrator for your temporary password."

I've tried logging in multiple times while using the old password, and also tried to reset the password via the "Forgot Password?" link.. However the email never arrives to me.
