I have a requirement where Employee's Absence entries should be triggered for retro payments for backdated salary changes.

Content (required):

Scenario: Employee uses PTO on February 5 and received 8 hours of PTO on pay date 2/24/2023 (8 hours *$15=$120). Employee receives a salary change of $16 on February 2/19 with the effective date of January 1st. Retro should process for Holiday for the new effective salary should be on the 3/10 payroll.

Currently retro is not processing for this scenario automatically unless i resubmit or edit the existing Absence.
