We have a requirement implies creating 2 Performance documents per Employee in case the Employee has both Direct Manager and Matrix Manager.

Keeping in mind the Matrix manager will set different goals to the Employee.

Is there a way to create 2 Performance Documents where one is managed by the Direct Manager and the second by Matrix Manager?
