Can not see Customer's Inactive Bank Accounts, the page Manage customer only show active ones

Can not see Customer's Inactive Bank Accounts, the page Manage customer only show active ones.

Only the Bank accounts which are active are visible.

As shown below only the active account is displayed, There is one more account is not there -
