Incident Performance - some Incident records are missing on same day
I ran the report on (November 30th) at 12:15 hours with the search parameters 29-11-2022 00:00 to 30-11-2022 00:00. It resulted in 10 lines (see attachment Email Service Report (28).xlsx).
I ran the report again (December 1st) at 11:38 hours with the same parameters. Now, it results in 13 lines (see attachment
Email Service Report (29).xlsx. The extra lines are in yellow.)
Why were these extra lines not in the same report the day before?
