Mass current task processing

dear Experts , I have few questions for which I am looking for guidance urgently.

Our management would like to move task forward from self evaluation to manager evaluation for those that have not yet completed/submitted self evaluation globally since due date is passed. If I use the mass current task, does the system identify the employees automatically when I use the filter on current task = Worker self evaluation and not all? If employee or manager has partially filled comments and if task is moved back on a request, do once it's moved to manager evaluation and manager still returns back to employee, those partial comments are visible?
