Elective Competency

Summary:

Hello!

I have a requirement to allow for 'elective' competencies. Currently, I have required competencies set at the Job Profile. I am setting electives at the positions profile. However, very few positions have electives. When I add this section to the performance document it is adding it, even if there are no electives. Is there anyway to make the system hide this section if there is nothing in it? Using averages, if there is nothing, there is no rating...so it messes w the calculations.
