EL Expression to Make Text Field only appear in one Section of Performance Document

Summary:

As part of a new Performance Document, we've been asked to add two new Explainer Texts for managers to ensure they add the appropriate comments to the correct section of the document.


Content (required):

As per the attached screenshot though, the first one that we've added so far currently shows in both of the section of the document. We'd like to know if it is possible to edit the EL Expression used to make sure that it only shows in a single section.

The two sections in question that it is currently duplicating in are:
