EL Expression to make Manager Comments visible to Worker before Share Document Task

Hi, we have a requirement for the manager comments to be visible to the worker, but not the ratings once the manager completes the manager evaluation task. The rating would then be shared with the worker once the manager completes the Share Performance Document Task. Just wondering if anyone had an EL Expression that could be used so that the manager comments can be seen by the worker once the manager completes the manager evaluation task?
