PD- Need to redirect Self evaluation notifications from CEO (L1 Mgr) to HR profile(Role)

Summary:

Hi All,

If any executives (Employee) reporting to CEO (L1 Mgr) Submits Performance document self evaluation the system should not trigger email notifications to CEO (L1 Manager).

I have tried to update the workflow rules based on below PD attributes but it is not working as expected and still the approval notifications are triggering to CEO. Please advise is there any other attribute i can use for employee in Performance document workflow. Please advise

Executives (Employee) - CEO directs

Attribute 2: primary line manager login username

Attribute 3: workers display name

Attribute 5: worker id

Rule1:

PD name

and

IF Task.payload.transactionApprovalRequest.attribute3 is "Employee display name"
