Summary: Customization of Goal being added from library


Content (required):

We have a requirement where we want to make the goal measurement details are read only if a goal has been added from library and the subtype is "ECONOMIC" goal (Cluster field).


But, if the employee is adding goals from the scratch for Subtype as Economic, then he can edit the measurement details.


Can you please suggest if parameters are available for such customization.
