Benefits - Return from Suspension Life event - previous enrolled options are not visible

In Benefits configuration, I have a life event called Return from Suspension.

After this life event has been processed, the previously enrolled options should be visible back.

Example - If Employee and Employee+ family options are enrolled previously, after suspension life event processed these enrollments will not be shown.

After returning from suspension all the previously enrolled options (Employee, Employee + family) both should be visible back.

But Employee + family option is not visible.

Since Employee option is enrolled automatically that option is alone visible.
