Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to Auto Reject Employee cash advances for any employee raising employee cash advances for historical dates.

THIS IS NOT ABOUT DEFAULTING COMMENTS WHEN the Employee Manager/Supervisor Rejecting the Employee cash advances with the comments in it.

We have a BPM workflow rule setup to Automatically Reject (Auto Reject) employee cash advances if the employee raised it for historical dates. Now, can we configure and include the default notes (Comments) on the Auto Reject rule that when the employee cash advances is auto rejected by BPM Rule?
