Appeal Performance Yearend Rating
Summary:
Once the performance cycle is closed and Employee is not satisfied with the ratings he has received (either Final Overall Rating or Individual Goals or Individual Competency), he should be able to appeal for the same.
Content (required):
This will be only Employee - HR interaction.
Once HR agrees to the appeal, the ratings should be allowed to be changed by HR.
