Summary:

When using a phone number on the career site, a user must agree to the Terms and Conditions. The setting/config for this is the same as the email Terms and Conditions. We are looking for these to be separate terms that users must agree to. How have others handled this limitation? Using text replace for "Message and data rates may apply." is clunky since no formatting is possible.
